I'm sorry I haven't replied to your question yet...There are a few sites you can use to create a countdown ticker. The one in my signature is from TickerFactory: www.tickerfactory.com. Another good site is TickerCentral: www.tickercentral.com. Both have step-by-step instructions that are easy to follow.
