we are going to try and make our christmas presents list tonite...i just can"t believe how close christmas is tink..its scary my friend..we are planning on buying all the family presents this month,then next month my oldest daughters and the twins..my oldest daughters is the easiest but the most expensive..mobile phone..350-400...:dizzy:

Arhhhh, the mobiles...yes, been and done it......even harder when you have to have 4 of everything. Good job there was an age gap or it would have been
very expensive on the mobile front.
Ours will be getting money and a few things under the tree.....they are at an age but I still like them to open something else it wouldn't be Christmas.

yeah it would not be christmas if they have nothing to open at christmas...yeah your right about the age gap..its a bit easier on the pocket when it comes to the twins..even saying that tink..toys are not getting any cheaper either..

Yes, they are expensive now at least I don't have that problem but we always had an Argos catalogue to make a Christmas list, very long I might add.
They never knew what on their list they were getting so they had to choose wisely.

thats terrible tink..you make all those wonderful halloween treats and see no one..last year we counted 53 trick r treaters..its hectic around here tink..:dizzy:

We usually only get 2 or three kids each year noiw - they live across the street. Most kids go to other neighborhoods because ours is a tough one to navigate - a dead end and all hills! One year however, the boy across the street had a Halloween birthday party - so I ended up with 30 or so trick or treaters that year. Don't have to worry about him anymore since his family moved and he is a 31 year old actor living in Los Angeles!

thanks, Chantelle! yeah, I had tried to get on several times during the night. I had to stay up because my best friend's grandson had to have emergency surgery and she was dog tired and had driven to the hospital to be with her daughter and grandson so she kept me updated all night, then I wanted to make sure she made it home safely this morning. (the surgery went fine and he was sent home already)

nothing much, tink. did some housework, and went to a memorial service that was held at the playground of our apartment complex for the family of the little 4 year old girl that died last weekend when her mother accidentally ran over her with their car. It was a nice little service, except it's still pretty hot here and it was humid. most of us had to stand (which is fine) but I wore sandals and the fire ants had a feast day on the tops of my feet. hope everyone has an excellent day

Yeah, that was so sad I can't imagine what the poor mother must be feeling..:sad elf:
I have just done a bit more to my batch cookathon, so when its done no more cooking for a least 2 months as we eat out of the freezer.
