Crystal tree closeups

That crazy tree ended up taking me 50 hours to complete. My wife has
banned me for buying anything else for the tree this year

Family handmade ornament tree - ages of ornament makers range from 3 to 92 - starting back in 1968 till now - won't win beautiful tree of the year but there are lots of memories hanging on the branches



I have 5 more trees that are still in various stages of setting up plus the Christmas village - hope this is not too many pictures in one post and hope you enjoy.....

M4816k, must have missed yours also. I love trees like that I use to find them years ago when I lived on LI. In FL they don't have those. You can really see the ornaments.

Donna, I haven't seen those kind of trees since the sixties and I live in the north. I think tree growers have mostly gone with Fraser firs, and left all the branches on the short needled spruces and balsams for a fuller look. Maybe our old-fashioned trees will make a comeback but now I use artificial trees for convenience.
