Yup, they are all in microwaveable plastic containers. 1,2 and 3 compartments.
Just slap then in and your away..
I don't defrost first just microwave for a few seconds longer, all done.

I'm hoping that by the time I'm finished, having to do extra as the girls are back from Uni for 2-3 weeks.
It should in theory last about 4-5 weeks...

6 Steak and Ale stew ( leftover from making pies)
6 Pork and Ham in Honey and Mustard Sauce..
