We normally let my nephew decide. We all get new ornaments every year for whatever our interests are for that particular time. We tried stringing popcorn, but my nephew ate it faster than we could string it.

    Ha ha!!

Nothing smells as good as freshly popped popcorn. You wanna eat it all...
Next time you put the tree up, pop plenty... some for the tree and some for the decorating team.

We haven't yet tried popcorn stringing - I think we will definitely give it a go this year, but with 4 little ones I will have to make several batches.

Just make sure that they can get the popcorn off the branches easily without bringing the tree down on top of them...
So let the raucous sleigh bells jingle,
Hail our dear old friend kris kringle,
Driving his reindeer across the sky.
Don't stand underneath when they fly by.

Well, let them first eat as much pocorn as they want and then, feel free to give it a try with the little ones..
    Thats what I suggest...

It takes forever to string. I'm never doing it again!
