Got you by a few years, but I agree. "Believing" in Santa is one of the things that has kept me young at heart...

    Thumbs up

I love you guys. I see that I hang with the right people here.
The holly's up, the house is all bright, The tree is ready, the candles alight; Rejoice and be glad, all children tonight.

Thank you for that and I love all of you as well. In a world that seems to be increasingly filled with hate and distrust, this is an island of peace and love that I would gladly sail to time and again...

I still love this place Mistletoe and I joined in 2009 so we remember "the good old days" Bishop1954 you've been here a couple of years now but, back in its Heyday this place was busy as a beehive. So many friends from those days ,still exchange Christmas cards with many of them.Wish they would abandon that #$%$#!! Facebook and come back here.

'I will live in the Past, the Present, and the Future!' Scrooge repeated, as he scrambled out of bed. 'The Spirits of all Three shall strive within me. Oh, Jacob Marley! Heaven, and the Christmas Time be praised for this! I say it on my knees, old Jacob, on my knees!' (Charles Dickens A Christmas Carol)

I would enjoy seeing that as well. I use to be a part of another "Christmas" site, but felt the need to leave. Some seemed to have the spirit, while others just kind of... were there.

I miss the way things used to be too. I often wonder what happened to some of our old posters. Christmas mama, and Merry Christmas Darling are two that were active here that come to mind, but there were plenty of others as well.
I know people get busy with their children, jobs, or they pass away etc. That is life, but I miss seeing them in our little Christmas corner of cyberspace.

Understandable, especially with Facebook, but I did post a notice there that this site was still up and hoped that some would come back. The only real drawback for some is the inability to "chat" back and forth...
