    Well the decorating has begun

    getting the roof lights ready

putting up the big tree while Sherlock looks on

the new star has been hung. I am not sure if I like the look but I have some ideas
so we will see how things work out

battle scares from putting up a 250 pound tree

The tree has now been fully put together and I am working on replacing dead lights. I will then start adding the next layer of lights which
I shall hopefully complete by Sunday evening.

    Hey Mike,
How goes it my Christmas Brother?
I'm just getting started, glad to see one of us is on the ball.
I always look forward to your outstanding decorating efforts.

I am SO EXCITED about both Mike and Papa C's decorating threads are up on the Forum - feels like it wouldn't be Christmas without them.

I Hope you both know how much I (and hopefully lots of others) appreciate these amazing photos and efforts - it's a strange tradition, but a tradition none the less.

    Lots of love from England!

I can relate to the battle scars.

But, I can't even contemplate replacing dead lights on that tree. What a job!
The holly's up, the house is all bright, The tree is ready, the candles alight; Rejoice and be glad, all children tonight.
