Unlike the week of christmas, this one has been very mild by South Dakota standards... mid to upper 30's all week...

Been a nice start to 2019 with above average temps nearly every day. But... that seems to be coming to a close very shortly...

Old man Winter has finally reared his head a decided to drop a little of the white onto South dakota. But since the temp is only 4... fairly light, just blowing a lot.

Not too bad today, but the next two will be single and then minus highs...

Lows have been in the low-teens, sometimes, single digits, over the past couple of nights with highs in the 20s. Cold for the Nashville area. But fear not! We’re supposed to be in the 60s this weekend and close to 70 by Monday. Yep, that’s pretty normal for us.

Slowly emerging from the frozen tundra! I think our coldest day was -11. We are now in the low 30's and will be in the 50's tomorrow. Yay!

We have not broken above the freezing level for quite some time now, but at least we are not at the sustained negative temps. Still running between 15 and 25 degrees colder than normal. Spring... hurry up...
