Once. Though it was just a partial where I was.

Yes, a few times.

No. The tree in my bedroom is the closest I've come- I have it plain except for glass icicles on it (and lights- both colored and white)- I've been wanting a tree in the forest feel.

Created? No. I alter recipes all the time, but I haven't come up with a novel foreign-based meal. You?
