    Signs of Christmas 2016

    In the Christmas and New Year TV guide I've spotted adverts inviting you to save for next year's Christmas hamper, as well as trips to Lapland to see Father Christmas in 2016.
    So let the raucous sleigh bells jingle,
    Hail our dear old friend kris kringle,
    Driving his reindeer across the sky.
    Don't stand underneath when they fly by.

    Showing today, Whitsun Bank Holiday in the UK, on More4 at 11.00, the classic 1954 Bing Crosby White Christmas.

    Love that film, Moley. I watched The Family Stone on TV yesterday. My husband started to yell at me for watching one of my Christmas DVDs until I let him know - this is on network TV!!!

    Also it was reported in the D***y M**l (I detest that execrable fascist rag) that the Waitrose supermarket was selling Christmas mincemeat and mulled wine in its' stores in June!
