    Making Christmas Ornaments

I need to make some for my mother. She can't find the ones I made for her in the early seventies.

So I'm making a felt gingerbread girl.

And then I want to make this:

If the picture doesn't show, I think it will later.

"Hail him who saves you by his grace,
and crown him Lord of all."

I'm eager to see those. Has you started making them yet?

Yes, I'm trying to get the other safety eye on the gingerbread girl. It's VERY difficult. I got the first one on but there isn't any tool that I know of so I have to push on the tiny plastic washer with my thumb and finger until it goes on. This is the first time I have used safety eyes. It isn't supposed to be easy. Once it's on it won't come off --- that's why they're called safety eyes. I just now got it on!

"Hail him who saves you by his grace,
and crown him Lord of all."

Here are some salt dough ornaments my family and I made this month. They smell like cocoa and cinnamon. We just need to decide on the hanging ribbon.

20 minute ornaments made with free scrap paper, cardboard and the hot glue gun. I think them came out cute.
