    That's amazing.
The holly's up, the house is all bright, The tree is ready, the candles alight; Rejoice and be glad, all children tonight.

What is the most amazing to me is how our minds and bodies disconnect at times. I am 70. Intellectually I know this. If I try to do too much, my body reminds me (lol). But so many times when it is just me and my surroundings, the concept of age escapes me somehow...
"Maybe Christmas," he thought, "doesn't come from a store. Maybe Christmas perhaps, means a little bit more!"

I know what you mean- I often feel like I'm in a time warp. Like no time at all has passed. I'm grateful that I can easily feel like times past have just happened. One of my sisters has been saying how old we all are since we were in our 20's. I'm so glad that I don't feel that way- even now. I think it might be because I like to immerse myself in the happy times/memories. What do you think?

Sounds logical to me or as I like to say about myself, "I hope I will never be 'childish', but forever 'child-like'."
