Kind of. My aunt was always habitually late to places and she kind of thought of it as a cute idiosyncrasy. My mother always tries really hard to have everything ready for Thanksgiving for 3pm. She let them know the time as always (it was a regular thing every year). After a few years of waiting for them and having the food get cold, she/we decided to start without them. They showed up as we finished and they were upset/angry that we didn't wait. I think they were an hour or more late. I was a teenager and was defending my mother, but I was a little too vocal.

    You?

Partially. My very first Thanksgiving on my own, I did not know there was a plastic bag in the cavity. Messed up most of the turkey. Luckily it was just me and my roommate... lol
"Maybe Christmas," he thought, "doesn't come from a store. Maybe Christmas perhaps, means a little bit more!"

Pardon me, but have you went to the theater to watch a movie on either Thanksgiving or Christmas Eve?

    Ugh!

I'd normally say that's something I would do, except that my mother had me training and putting my hand in there since I was about 13. It really creeps me out!

Excuse me, but did you hear that Disney World is getting rid of Frontierland- the waterways, the Liberty Square Riverboat, Tom Sawyer Island, etc? Replacing it with a Cars theme! Why didn't they build that on another piece of their extensive property? I found Frontierland to be a relaxing, laid back place. I liked the natural look/feel of it. I am SO disappointed. Disney really needs new management.

Unfortunately, far too much of the 'actual' Disney style is disappearing from the parks, as well as the movies. I consider myself fortunate that I was able to experience Disneyland and Disney World the way Walt intended them to be. In this case, the memories outweigh the reality...

Excuse me, but have you ever looked outside on a bight sunny day and then stepped outside to realize you were not dressed warmly enough?
