It comes up on the 1st and will remain up till "Santa" gets back to the Northpole. I have my phone set so that I will be in front of my computer when NORAD detects Santa departing...
"Maybe Christmas," he thought, "doesn't come from a store. Maybe Christmas perhaps, means a little bit more!"

Good idea- I always miss it!
The holly's up, the house is all bright, The tree is ready, the candles alight; Rejoice and be glad, all children tonight.

I have in the past as well. Now that I know he will depart at 3AM on the 24th (CST), I'll be ready. I even have a back-up alarm set, just in case... lol. Currently listening to a home made CD of some of my all-time favorite Christmas songs & singers...

Listening to Santa's favorite songs on the Norad Tracks Santa site. And I have to get to bed if I'm going to wake up in 4 hours to see Santa take off!!

I am currently between NORAD tracks Santa and the Google Santa tracker while listening to "I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day"...

I was up with you, on Norad at 3:55a (EST), but when nothing was happening by 4:15a, I headed back to bed. What time did he finally end up leaving?

Wound up departing at 5AM. I'll definitely bear that in mind for this next year... lol

Oh, wow- 2 hours. Thank God I didn't stay up. Why would Norad say 3:00, I wonder...

I would guess that they wanted people up and ready, but two hours is a bit much... lol

    Watching Christmasland on Hallmark.
