One of my goals this December to to avoid eating too much especially with card and sweet food stuffs. I just grabbed some veggie salad for dinner and had one apple. This month is filled with celebration so I eat nice foods during parties but ensure to eat minimally when I'm just at home. Hopefully, I won't gain weight this month.

Sounds yummy Elf Erv. I just had my first glass of eggnog of the season last night at a Baroque Christmas concert!
