Nutella Hot chocolate in Slow Cooker

I got a slow cooker 3 weeks ago and LOVE it!

Tried this recipe the other night, perfect for when the snow is falling and cozying up. Hope you enjoy

    5 cups of milk
    1/2 cup of cocoa
    1/2 cup of white sugar
    1 cup of hot water
    1/2 cup of Nutella

    1. Combine sugar, cocoa, Nutella & hot water in a large pan, bring to a gentle simmer & transfer to slow cooker
    2. Add milk & stir
    3. Leave on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours!

So I tried this once. I must a made a booboo down the line because it came out so thick and sweet. We used it to add it to warm milk and to dip our pretzels.
A Christmas hug should last a lifetime
