As always my friend another excellent job.

There are so many styles of decorating for the Holidays one of the greatest things about this forum is the chance to see so many of them in use.
I would classify my style as whimsical kind of what you would expect to see in our child's eye vision of the North pole.
Your style simply put is elegant, I absolutely love it and for my money you and Tink do elegant better than any I have seen and I've seen a bunch.

'I will live in the Past, the Present, and the Future!' Scrooge repeated, as he scrambled out of bed. 'The Spirits of all Three shall strive within me. Oh, Jacob Marley! Heaven, and the Christmas Time be praised for this! I say it on my knees, old Jacob, on my knees!' (Charles Dickens A Christmas Carol)

Well I promised my Mum that I was going to put up all the decorations and it is time to start putting up the beast...

    lots of extensions

one of 3 boxes that cotains the 200 pound tree

    reinforcing the stand

30 dead bulbs to swap out so far

Getting the third section in place

The tree is completely up now and I have gone through all of the lights and attached the star. Round 2 will start on Saturday morning. More pictures to come...
