I don't understand what it means by 'medium sized tablespoon', etc... a measuring tablespoon is an exact measurement, there is no small, medium, and large, when it comes to teaspoons and tablespoons in a recipe.

I'd ignore the medium size and substitute the word level. And I believe the temperature should not be 4000 degrees!

I was expecting peppermint flavor in that recipe.
