:tree: When do your decorations go up?

Hi, I'm a huge Christmas enthusiast and this is my first post on this forum!

So, when do you put your Christmas decorations up?

Mine usually go up around mid-December.

I do a little at a time starting on Thanksgiving Day. The excitement is building! My front door and bay window will be first.

I have seen a number of sales on Black Friday afternoon on christmas lights and outdoor decorations. I have my plan of attack drafted so I will probably buy them and then begin decorating Saturday or Sunday.

"I have always thought of Christmas time, when it has come round, as a good time; a kind, forgiving, charitable time; the only time I know of, in the long calendar of the year, when men and women seem by one consent to open their shut-up hearts freely, and to think of people below them as if they really were fellow passengers to the grave, and not another race of creatures bound on other journeys." ~Charles Dickens

    Welcome!!

I just started with a few light decorations this past weekend. Most of my decorations will go up next weekend - and finally the tree will be added the first weekend of December.
