Actually gave me some DIY ideas for some plain ole round glass baubles that I have .....

I bought some candles and didn't like the candle plates that were available at that store, so I found some retangular ceramic(stoneware?) serving platters that will work perfectly.

Yesterday I bought some mini LED string lights from CVS for a gingerbread house I'm decorating. I also recently bought a pair of Dept. 56 mini spiral trees for my Christmas Village, which ironically are the only decent spiral trees of any size I've found in a LONG time.

a cd called 'The Best Christmas Album (or CD??) .....Ever' It has classical recordings of 4 or 5 different choirs, chorales, etc.. and it's excellent but there is one thing I would change if I could. One of the groups are the Maedieval Baebes and, to me, they just do not measure up to the other groups. They sing well, but somehow just don't sound truly professional. I would rather another singing group had been put on the cd in their place, but it's only about 4 selections.
