Hope everyone had a great 4th! Just watched the Macy's fireworks on TV. Our town had fireworks on June 24th - don't know why they do that!!!

One of my five personal days of the year is the 4th of July. I always take vacation days (if I am not already off) on the 3rd and 4th so that I can enjoy the 4th "My Way"... lol.
What that means is that the deck is cleaned off and decorated, the chair and umbrella are positioned correctly, the cooler is filled (no alcohol, just water, soda and fruit drinks), the BBQ is ready and the CD player is filled with patriotic music. The day is then spent relaxing, dining and reflecting on all the good things that has made our country to endure for over two centuries...
"Maybe Christmas," he thought, "doesn't come from a store. Maybe Christmas perhaps, means a little bit more!"
