Easter Food

I made Easter cupcakes for dessert Chocolate of course with chocolate bunnies and marzipan carrots. The 'grass' frosting didn't come out too bad but by the time I frosted the ones with the carrots, the temperature had gone up in the kitchen (with the oven on) and well they didn't turn out the way I had hoped they would !!!

It was my first attempt at colouring marzipan. Learned that I should've worn gloves when kneading the colour into it ... fingers were bright orange from the food colouring .. LOL
