    No! It's a much more carroty taste. I know that it may be difficult and/or expensive for some of you to find a parsnip in places where they are not part of the cusine, but it's worth a taste! If you have the right soil and conditions you could even try growing your own...

    Roast Parsnips are amazing! Roast them with a little bit of honey or maple syrup (i have experimented with both and prefer maple syrup) Definitely recommend them if you havent tried them before!
