The Year Without a Santa Claus is my absolute favorite of the Rankin/Bass Christmas specials! And it has mostly to do with the Miser Brothers.
I still haven't seen the relatively new Miser Brothers Christmas special because I was told not to waste my time. Besides, apparently they have to actually (gulp!) get along in the new one and I prefer my Miser Brothers bickering, like they're supposed to.
