Last few we had only 2 or 3 and I expect the same this year. We have only a few young children left in the neighborhood. The older kids go trick or treating in town - those people routinely get 200 or 300 kids. We are at the top of a hill on a dead end street - so it is very quiet here!

Great pics everyone, looks awesome!I go all out for Halloween too and hopefully I will have my inside & outside decorating complete over the next few days!I am upset however as all the lights I used outside last year I had to throw away and buy all new ones for this year as someone stole the bulbs :(

Sadly, my Halloween decorations will likely not see any action this year. We will be having our siding replaced just before Halloween. I'm extra excited for Christmas decorating this year though!!!

Will most likely put mine up in a week or so - just a few wind-socks, pumpkins and scarecrows

I have always thought of Christmas time, when it has come round, as a good time; a kind, forgiving, charitable time; the only time I know of, in the long calendar of the year, when men and women seem by one consent to open their shut-up hearts freely, and to think of people below them as if they really were fellow passengers to the grave, and not another race of creatures bound on other journeys. ~Charles Dickens

Nice decorations... here in the UK we don't decorate like this at all.
    Merry Christmas to all...

Many people have autumn decorations up (live pumpkins/mums/corn stalks). I have my autumn wreath on the door. Some people have Halloween decs up in addition to autumn. I will add Halloween around 10/10
