    Tink - can you box some of those meals and send them my way? I think I baked something about a year ago! Either I don't have all the ingredients or I am missing a certain pan or something. I'm disorganized in the kitchen

    I've just found I love doing it, weird maybe it's because all the kids are grown and I need
    something to do....

    I've attempted to make Christmas Cakes today, and for saying I had fruit it tastes lovely.

    Well, I think it's awesome. I've always wanted to be an avid cook and baker also, maybe one day I'll get organized.

    It's funny how at work, I am super organized; but at home, it's a slightly different matter in terms of cooking meals and organizing paperwork.

    Presentation-wise, not the prettiest cake in the tin but it is delicious every time! If anybody would like the recipe do let me know It looks burnt in the pictures, but it's just poor lighting for the photo - that's actually just the sugar and cinnamon on top. It was yummy
