Did alot of cooking - but no baking today! I made Swedish Meatballs, Stuffed Shells, Chicken Marsala, and rice. Also prepared veggie and cheese appetizers. Tomorrow I'll be baking a cake and muffins for Christmas Day as well as making Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Antipasto, Shrimp Cocktail and Clams Oreganata.
