    I've made..

    30+ Sausage and stuffing Rolls
    Lots and lots of Gingerbread
    Mince Pies with Homemade mincemeat and
    some lovely plum jam tarts....

    oh my! talk about being industrious. I've never had mince pies and I'll bet homemade is scrumptious. My mother said it used to actually have meat in it many years ago.

    I never liked mince pies until I made my own........yes, it was originally made with meat.

    my daughter had almost finished making chocolate and mint chip cookie dough a few days ago and it had been in the fridge so, I finished it and baked them late last night/early this morning. there seem to be more mint chips than chocolate and, although I would prefer it the other way around, they are still very good
