Good idea cujiine! In addition to my Aunt on Christmas Day, we lost my Grandma 3 days before and my husband's Uncle at a New Year's Eve party! It's so nice to do something special in memory of them!

Yeah he used to be a big part of our Christmas traditions although he wasn't physically in the same place as us. I'd promised him that I'd go to spend Christmas with him when I was 18 and I could go by myself but he passed two years too early. I've gone to visit him every year since though.

My grandmothers died on Dec. 23, 1976 and Dec. 24, 1986.
