    :tree: Holiday feeling

Right now. I am dying to put up my tree which hubby says I can the day before Halloween. It means alot coming from the original Ebenzer Scrooge himself. I have him talked into it. He says he won't help but he does every year. I am almost finished shopping only three more gift cards to go.

But first I have to pay off my Avon. I already have him listening to christmas music.

So next friday is my tree trimming party!

I know what you mean...Whenever I walk into Target or WalMart or even Lowe's and see all of the decorations coming out I get so excited and immediately want to break out my Christmas CDs and start going thru my decorations.

Hi all! New to the site.

I start feeling that unmistakable Christmas spirit big-time around Thanksgiving week. However, I start longing for Christmas by the beginning of September. From the posts I've read on here, I am not alone

We put up the tree the day after Thanksgiving. It is tradition to put up the tree Friday afternoon, and then sit down to a nice glass of hot cocoa and watch "The Muppets Christmas Carol". We consider that the official start of our Christmas season. We do, however, begin playing Christmas music in earnest on November 1st.

Hello and welcome to the forums!

You are certainly not alone here when it comes to longing for Christmas and the excitement felt as it nears. That sounds like a wonderful tradition to have each year. I hope you continue to come back and post with us as Christmastime gets closer and closer...

    Take care,
