    Stained Glass Salad

    1 box orange Jell-o
    1 box lime Jell-o

Dissolve each of the above in 1 cup hot water and add 1/2 cup cold water to each. Let set until firm in square baking dish. Cut into cubes.

Then take 1 box lemon Jell-o dissolved in 1 cup hot pineapple juice. Add 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water. Cool until creamy, partially set. Add 1 cup Cool Whip. Then add Jell-o cubes. Use 8x12 inch glass baking dish. Refrigerate.

    Fruit Salad

I make a fruit salad with:
    1 box of strawberry jello
    1 box strawberry-banana jello
    2 cans fruit cocktail, drained
    3 bananas, sliced
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
    1 cup mini marshmallows
    1 red delicious apple, diced

Mix your jello per package instructions, let stand til almost set. then add fruit and nuts and stir. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. It is delicious.
