In my local chain big book stores, they've stopped carrying reprints of old Christmas favorites for kids. Except of course for How the Grinch...; The Nutcracker; and, The Night before Christmas. It's sad that the older favorites are fading away. I never thought there would be a day when a book store didn't carry a copy of The Littlest Angel in December. The last new Christmas kids book to be carried for at least 3 years in a row was Olive the other Reindeer. Now even that has vanished. Can you think of any other titles that should be on the shelves in December? The Story of Holly and Ivy(1958) was reprinted in 2010, but could it be found in a store?
