My Landing Christmas Tree 2010

I have that same problem. I like to have my tree done by Thanksgiving because it takes so long to put up. But, I too host Thanksgiving. Last year, we had pumpkins out and the tree up. It didn't feel right. Not sure what to do. My husband and kids are wanting to put it up now.

We actually have 2 Christmas trees. We bought a very expensive one when we first got married. Then, after our first child was born, we realized we weren't going to be able to use the "big" one in the living room, since our house is small, and there's too much other stuff in there now. So, I had to buy a cheaper "slim" tree. Now, instead of using our nice one, we have to use the slim one until we move!!! Lord, I can't wait to use the big one again!! I try to make the most of it though.

Aw wow I am so jealous! We have only one tree because our bungalow is quite small. I am not allowed to decorate until at least a week into Christmas :-( Hubby's rules. I might just surprise him this year, though and he'll come home from work to find the place decorated from top to bottom! lol

Not sure how I would survive if I was not allowed to put it up until a week before..
I am lucky that hubbie is just a crazy about it as me..

I know it sucks! I think my mind is made up, though that we're going to decorate early this year! hehe
