    I use a strand of cool white C9 led down the middle pole of the tree, then the tree gets wrapped with strands of C3 cool white led's and the angel on the top is multi-colored LED.
    I may do white mini-led next year, I prefer the smaller lights all over the tree but the inside lighting that the C9 give will stay.
