Is it true that NBC airs the film every year after the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade?

yes! driving home for christmas is one of my ultimate faves too!!
i remember listening to it when I was a child on our way to do our christmas shopping in the car, and feeling that excitement about what I was going to buy for people and seeing all the trees and lights!
also i love greg lake ' i believe in father christmas ', the little tune in the background as the chorus kicks in,gosh u cant get a happier feeling than that! also 'chestnuts roasting roasting on an open fire' now thats a classic..that reminds me of sitting by the fire toasting crumpets and watching christmas films..why is there no feelin like it??!

I love so many different types, but the ones that really mean the most to me are:

    Links:
    Still, Still, Still.
    O Tannenbaum
    Hallelujah! - from Handel's Messiah.
The Nutcracker Suite (this link includes Waltz of the Snowflakes, my absolute favorite.)

    Also:
A Charlie Brown Christmas - the album
