Well, I sure hope you come back. I knew a woman from Serbia who baked delicious Kifli, my favorite Christmas cookie!

"Hail him who saves you by his grace,
and crown him Lord of all."

Very informative list! Christmas greetings can be said in different languages but the real meaning is the same. Christmas seasons simply convey giving and love and should remind us always with its true meaning.

Well, even though it probably would not be considered a "foreign language" how about that very cool verse from our 50th state...
    Mele Kalikimaka...
"Maybe Christmas," he thought, "doesn't come from a store. Maybe Christmas perhaps, means a little bit more!"

    Hi in 2020!
In Malaysia, it's "Selamat Hari Natal"
But we use English anyway, because mostly only English-speaking Malaysians celebrate Christmas.. It doesn't snow, it's just sunny/rainy all year round.
So it's nothing about snowman or fireplace, more of family get-together, gifts, turkey and cookies!

    Oh, the pronunciation..

    Se - la - mat -- Ha - ri -- Na - tal
    (ser)(la)(mat)--(ha)(ree)--(na)(tal)

silent the 'r' in (ser), pronounce all 'a' as how you'd sing 'fa-la-la-la-la'
