I adore the stuffing - especially my own version! Have to watch the carbs now however!

Dang carbs...I wish we could just take the carbs out of stuff and have it taste just as good...and fat for that matter...

I am so craving my scallopped corn right now! To keep it special, I only make it on Thanksgiving! It goes like hotcakes! I can't wait!

I have a turkey in the freezer. I think I am gonna defrost it and do another trial run for this year.

I'm jealous of people who have a Thanks Giving. It always looks like such a special holiday in movies / television programmes. And a nice little milestone to pass along the way to knowing Chrismas is really on its way

I loved that Thanks Giving episode of Buffy The Vampire Slayer, where Buffy tries to cook her first Thanks Giving meal by herself with her friends. Pangs, it was called. It was hilarious!

I'm so weird, but one of my favorites at Thanksgiving is the rolls! lol My stepmom buys these awesome rolls and she only gets them at Thanksgiving! And turkey, of course. LOVE turkey. Last year my fiance made ham and it was so good, but it just didn't feel like Thanksgiving without the turkey! My favorite dessert is chocolate dream whip pie. So yummy!
