Now wait a minute, Susie. Just because every child can't get his wish that doesn't mean there isn't a Santa Claus.

I've been making a recipe from Ina Garten for Challah French Toast, with a touch of orange. Served with Maple Syrup, Raspberry Jam and Turkey Sausages, it is sooo good! And easy too.

She also makes a great Smoked Salmon Fritatta.

We always have scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on lightly toasted granary bread, with fresh orange juice...and lots of coffee to help with the regular christmas morning hangover! mmmmm...

I used to prepare baked French toast, sauteed apples(unpeeled red and green wedges), sausages, and a Christmas punch.

Instead of sauteed apples, you could serve a warm spiced fruit compote.

and crown him Lord of all."
