We want 500grm white flour and a small bag of yeast (8grm)

You need 1 cup warm water, in order to put it in the bowl, where you've already put in the flour and the yeast...

You dissolve the yeast in the bowl, with the flour and you add the water.

You mix them with your hands for 5 minutes (you will see how long it takes) and you add salt, pepper, a little oil and some oregon..
You mix them again.....With your hands...

Of course, you may need to add a little more flour or water or oil, so you should taste it, in order to add something, ok?? (I always taste it..)

Then, you will let the mixture in the bowl, put a very little flour on it and you will let it doubles its size, after clothing the bowl with a towel... There is no time for that, you will just see.. (It usually takes 40 minutes..)
