that's a great idea, I always look for the last moment
When it seems the magic slipped away...
We find it all again on Christmas Day

    Yes, yes, yes!

I always pick up things as I see them through the year, have picked up a pair of pajama shorts for my sister, and a little squirrel to hang onto a pot for my grandma on the clearance end cap for $0.32! Bargain! I have started my binder of planning and budgeting and been listening to my Christmas playlist. Definitely getting in the spirit! : ) Is July too early?!

Same here. I don't specifically christmas shop but keep gifts in mind when I see bargains or "Yes, they'd love that!" when I'm out shopping.
So let the raucous sleigh bells jingle,
Hail our dear old friend kris kringle,
Driving his reindeer across the sky.
Don't stand underneath when they fly by.
