You can go to the dollar store and load up on makeup. Little girls love that stuff and it doesn't have to cost too much. Also from those places like Claire's you can get little necklaces and stuff....

I'm doing mostly online shopping to save time. Where I live there's only one major mall and it is packed all of the time during the hours I can go. And this is even on non holiday days.
