Anyone have some recommendations for wooden decorations?
Greetings and welcome. I suppose I would have to know if you are speaking about tree, home or yard decorations. For instance, all my nutcrackers (yes, I have a few) are wooden. A friend made me a wooden nativity set/puzzle. These are both in my home. I do have a couple of wooden signs for the yard and my son, when he was five, made me a wooden tree ornament. It is still the first ornament that goes on the tree and the last that comes off. Have fun... :home:

Hello everyone!
I'm on the hunt for some unique glowing-in-the-dark Christmas ornaments for this holiday season. I think they would add a magical touch to my tree and home when the lights are dimmed. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to find quality ones, or perhaps a trusted online store or local craftsman who specializes in them?
Just picked up some new lights for outside. This year's theme? Santa's Elves are guarding this home... :elf1:
I picked up this hat at Spencers. It's now on my head for the next 2 months.

You're making me feel like I'm running out of time and should be Christmas shopping! :santahat:
lol... just a habit of mine that I learned a very long time ago. If you see something that you know will be wanting later for Christmas, get it now. By the time you really get around to it, the item will most likely be gone... :reindeer2:
Just ordered some US $2 bills with Santa on the front (actual US currency). Thought they would be great stocking stuffers... :giftpeek:
Ha! That's cool. I always feel like people (including cashiers) think I'm handing them fake money with the $2 bills. Though, with Santa's picture on it, I don't think I'd want to give it away. But how nice to come across him randomly throughout the year when someone gives you change. :elf3:
I just bought my brother-in-law a brandy snifter made of banded calcite from the gem show. So I have officially started Christmas shopping! :presents1:
Bought a new Harry Potter ornament online and I see they have the 2024 Hallmark Wish Book out... :hopxmas:
