I bought a dozen strings of mini-lights at Hobby Lobby along with some C9 replacement bulbs, a stocking for my dog and wrapping paper, all 66% off. Then I went by Home Depot and picked up a Charlie Brown Christmas tree for $7.50.

I recently bought some Christmas cards for next Christmas. :santa-smiley:
I bought some Decorations for Christmas including nativity setup, lights, stars and balloons.
I just got a new nativity scene. That brings the total to four. I don't put out all my decorations every year. I'm afraid if I did it would end up looking more like a store.
I bought a few 3-ft garden stakes last week. I use them to anchor my blow molds to the ground. I have to add new ones every year since they bend and break over time.
I m about to buy a few ornaments. I just looked at a site featuring the 2015 Hallmark ornaments (pre-orders). I always get the Madame Alexander series ornament (this year is #20 in the series), the Puppy Love ornament for my older daughter (this year #25 in the series) and the Fairy Messenger ornament for my younger daughter (this year #11 in the series). They are all so cute! Additionally, this year they have an ornament premier "Madame Alexander - Glinda the Good Witch". I am wondering if this is the beginning of a Madame Alexander Wizard of Oz series? Hope so! You all know how much I love the Madame Alexander series - I have every one of their ornaments from three different series. Can't wait!
I just brought this http://www.festive-lights.com/christ...ome-light.html
That's really cute Penny Berry!:elf3:
Bought some zip ties the other day. This is the time of year where I stock up on random things for my yard display. I am always looking for deals on things like tent stakes, garden poles, zip ties, extension cords, etc....
I consider these things "Christmas items".
Love it Penny Berry
I have just ordered sparkly yarn and wool and jingle bells for crocheting snowflakes
Hi Penny Berry! I haven't bought anything yet! Very unlike me! But, I will be purchasing a few Hallmark ornaments on Saturday!
So what did you end up getting? I was in the mall with a friend and and said " Let me go in to the Hallmark store. They just got in their Christmas ornaments!" I got a bit of an eye-roll, so I just took a very quick look. I did like what I saw. They seemed to have some cute Charlie Brown things this year.
I bought a bunch of clothes for my boys yesterday. My intent was to get some items for Christmas, but I'm pretty sure they will just end up being Back To School clothes! HAHA!!
Put a small fortune worth of Hallmark ornaments in lay-away a few weeks back,we'll pay on them between now and November.
Hallmark ornaments are the best!
I actually bought a couple little Halloween items this past weekend. We scouted out some stores for holiday stuff, but got side-tracked when we started finding Halloween stuff!!
I bought handmade ornaments on Etsy for my mother. But last year she never got her tree decorated. She's too old and hundreds of miles away.
I bought some tree decoration items, Halloween accessories and a set of Christmas collection of Yankee candles and candle holder online... :presents1:
We bought some ornaments, tree lights and other Christmas decorations at Marshall's this weekend. Hoping to buy a 9' tree from a lady on craigslist later today!
I bought Christmas cards.
I bought white candles with lights that you stick in the ground.
Sorry to hear Merry! Just spend Christmas with us! I am counting on all of yu here to help make my Christmas bright! I won't be having my best Christmas ever this year, even though I will try to make the best of it. Moving in December is going to kill the spirit for me. I will consider myself very lucky if I am even in a new place by Christmas - and not in an Extended Stay hotel! I will be more than thrilled if I am able to get my tree up!
Cheese cutting board with the family initials engraved in the board. Williams Sonoma has many good options.
I bought a barn, nativity scene, and street lights....all for my Christmas village that I have not had up for the last few years.
Another tree,it's a smaller white tree for my outer porch, and i got a couple of christmas flags to hang outside.:christmastree:
