Same here, we'll stay home with our kids :) And we'll have some Vassilopita and see who finds the lucky coin in their piece :xmaswink:
Assuming the boys are not sick, we are going to my parents for our Christmas celebration.
We'll just have some party food and loads of booze. It's great staying up to watch the Fireworks. New Year's Day is never a great day for me because I have a rotten hangover!

Home - had a nice dinner and a few drinks. Will watch the ball drop. Younger daughter went to a party with her boyfriend and older daughter has a few friends over
Spent the day at my parents house for Christmas celebration. In the evening, we came home and relaxed.
With my family or friends.
Probably dinner out with my husband
hummmmm!.....we used to go to my father inlaws house and take in the bells....but with the twins now.....stay at home and take the bells in with my wife....have a few drinks at midnight to celebrate the new year............:smitten:
sometimes we spend it at home, just the 3 of us and sometimes (whenever possible) we spend it with family up north.
I and my Girlfriend generally head to one of our friends homes to ring in the new year with friends. New Years eve will never be the same without Dick Clark
At home with the family. We'll celebrate by watching the ball drop in NY on TV and drinking sparkling cider. Then we'll go off in our separate corners. My parents don't stay up. I think my aunt just watched TV last year, but her son left to go back to school the day before so that was probably more because she was missing her kids than being anti-social. I was on the computer and had more cider when it was midnight our time.
This year will probably be the same. We're a wild bunch, I know. :)
We go to my mother and father-in-law's place every year. They also invite my parents as well (I'm so lucky they get along!).
We'll go over after dinner around 7 or 8:00. We'll visit for a bit and then play board and card games. We watched the ball drop in New York then either go home or continue playing games for a bit if we're not too tired.
I enjoy the tradition :)
This year we're planning dinner out at a local restaurant then home for a few drinks to welcome in the New Year
I always spend New Year's Eve at home with the family and watch the London fireworks display on TV at midnight. :)
I will spend it at home with the people dear to me. I will cook for them and together we will do the new year's countdown. Being with them is very important to me so I want to make sure that I'm with them during special celebrations.
I'll cook a special dinner for my husband and me. My daughters will be out with their boyfriends - most likely at parties
Will spent it at my sister's with her, my mother, BIL, my youngest daughter, youngest son, and two of my nieces
My husband and I will be home tomorrow night. I'm making veal marsala and we'll have a few drinks and watch the ball drop in Times Square
It's party time for me. Going out and listening to one of my favourite bands.
Santarino - when I was two, I had a goldfish that I named Santarino!
We are eating out - an early diner, then drinks and snacks at home watching the ball drop!
We'll probably eat out then come back, watch some football, maybe a movie, then watch the ball drop in New York.
Like many, I enjoy staying home on New Year's Eve. I make a special dinner for my wife and I and later enjoy a special dessert as the time draws near. We watch both, the ball dropping in Times Square (11pm our time) and then before we go to bed, the fleur-de-lis from down is New Orleans, which is at Midnight our time. We also pick one special movie to watch between dinner and the new year beginning... :blowing:
