Creamy Shallot and Endive Soup with Bacon. I altered the recipe a bit and it's actually not bad.
Just woke up from a nap. Soooooooo... two monster cookies and a cup of coffee. :dizzy:
Some cheddar cheese. Not very exciting, but quick and easy.
Fresh sweet watermelon drizzled with yellow mustard.
