I agree. For the most part, I begin immediately after Thanksgiving. But over the years, I have left more and more out. My office for instance has Christmas decorations all year round and even has a sign over the door that states... "Santa's Workshop" :xmaswink:Quote:

I tend to start decorating after Nov.11 out of respect for Rememberance day. But as soon as nov.12 hits, it's on.

In the past it has been the weekend after Thanksgiving, but this year with time off, I will begin the week of Thanksgiving... :fall:
Sadly I live in an apartment so I don't have any outdoor decor. I might try to put some garland and lights on the balcony this year though!
I've slowly started decorating because I'm already stoked for Xmas. The Journal of Environmental Psychology says that people who decorate early tend to be happier.
I use to live in an apartment and also used net lights over the balcony. I also use to hang a wreath on the door... :santa1:
