Lunch was Italian Wedding Soup and a handful of almonds
I am really trying to stick to my low calorie, low carb, low protein prescribed diet. Breakfast was Cheerios, almond milk, and banana. Lunch will be a big salad with Ranch dressing and fresh strawberries. Dinner will be linguini with clam sauce and brussel sprouts. Crackers and green tea as a snack. This is not going to be easy!
The totals are 120 grams of carbs, 28 grams of protein and about 1000 calories.
Breakfast today was a Hard Boiled Egg, whole wheat toast, cantalope, and green tea. Lunch is going to be a big tossed salad with lots of veggies, a smidgeon of cheese and imitation crab meat. Dinner will be stir fried vegetables with a tiny bit of chicken. Not too shabby
For breakfast I had a poached egg on whole wheat toast, avocado and green tea. About to make lunch - imitation crab salad and brussel sprouts. Dinner for me will be pasta with garlic tomato sauce and a big salad. I am sure I'm totally boring you all with my food posts, but It helps me stay on target with my diet.
Just toast and coffee for breakfast

Another day with just a cup of coffee. That means I will be starving for lunch in about an hour!! :sad elf:
