I'm having a cup of hot cocoa
Having a few chips right now. Lunch soon will be left-over beef stir fry. Dinner tonight will be chicken and rice. Tomorrow for the Super Bowl, I'm making Meatball Parmesan Heroes, Tossed Salad and Brownies.

Breakfast today was blackberries, poached egg on whole wheat toast and green tea. Lunch will be a salad and a turkey/provalone wrap.
Dinner will be pasta with clam sauce and broccoli.
I picked up a McMuffin this morning. Just sipping on my coffee now.
