Yes - most of my family lives about 4 hours away, some live across the country!

Have you ever had a major problem with your outside lights display? (I did - on Christmas Eve - right before my guests arrived - OF COURSE!!!)

YES..last year my fav outside decoration stopped working..

have you ever forgot to invite a family member for christmas dinner by mistake..

No - the guest list is always pretty much the same - husband's family, maybe my daughter's boyfriends and occassionally a friend with no where else to go, or even a few Jewish friends

Have you ever had to cancel your Christmas plans at the last minute?
)We did- when we were first married we were visiting my parents about 3 hours away from where we lived. There was a blizzard on Christmas Eve into Christmas day. We were supposed to have dinner with my husband's family, about an hour and a half away, but all the roads were impassible. We ended up driving the long way home so we could stay on a major highway. The highway was actually closed and virtually none of the exit ramps was plowed. So scary!)
