I pulled out the Valentines Day decorations yesterday:love:, they will go up Feb 1st & come down on March 1st when the St.Patricks Day decor goes up ;)

not fan of Valentin's day either.I mean it's nice and lovely and couples are happy but my opinion is that Valentine's day has to be every day and not just one. This Valentine my boyfriend and I decided to go to restaurant and eat something instead of buying presents.:love:

I am not a huge fan of Valentine's Day, but I also do not mind it. I guess i prefer the spontaneous gesture versus the "expected" one. However, if for some, this day does remind you of your loved one and the fact that you might not say "I Love You" or even "Thank You" often enough and it stirs yours actions, then good enough. I did break my normal tradition this year and took the day off from work (as i work nights) and surprised my wife with a hand picked variety of chocolates (just a few, as she gives me the look if there are too many) and a nice relaxing Valentine's Day lunch at the local Cracker Barrel... :dance:
